Kerv, the makers of the Kerv Ring have changed their branding. They will no longer be known as Kerv Wearables, they’re changing to K Wearables. Similarly, the Kerv Ring, will now be known as K Ring. They’re even launching a new site, www.mykring.com.
Why, I hear you ask? Well, the FAQ on their site explains it as follows:
We’ve changed our name because we reached the end of a trademark dispute with an undisclosed company with a “similar” name, the result of which meant we couldn’t complete the process of registering Kerv as a trademark.
